Marcellus Drilling Program

TIE has formed a new entity, Penn Natural Resources LLC (PNR). PNR has acquired significant blocks of Marcellus leasehold in Pennsylvania. We have acquired the stock of Campbell Oil and Gas (COG) located in Indiana, Pennsylvania to operate our Marcellus drilling programs. COG currently operates 85 wells in central Pennsylvania. The combined entities currently control over 15,000 acres in central Pennsylvania. PNR plans to commence the first five well drilling program in November of 2009.
